All manxknits orders are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Custom Orders

To find out how long your custom order will take to make, please phone +44 7624 364925. Your customised details are recorded by our system and we will match your colours and style according to this. 

Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary - we will give you an estimated delivery time when you order. As most items at manxknits are hand made to order you will appreciate that certain items take longer to make than others. We will ensure that all items which are not custom/mto. but "pre-made" will arrive within 5-7 working days. For international orders this make take longer subject to customs checks.

Returns Policy

Returns are handled personally, please telephone for details.

Manxknits reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been paid for in advance, or cancel any order which involves an unpaid extra postage cost for next day delivery.
